Tha mi duilich ma bha e air a phostadh, bu toil leam tarraing na h-aire agaibh gun roghainn seo ann am BBC Alba far an urrainn dhuibh cuir air eadar-theangachadh fhàcal ann an aistean air an làraich-lìn. Gu cinnteach, 'se glè bhunaiteach a tha an eadar-theangachadh seo, tha e ag eadar-theangachadh a-mhàin phàirtean dè fhàcal (mar eisimpleir, chan ionann 'cuir às' agus sùim dè 'cuir' is 'às'), chan urrainn dha co-nasgadh agus rudan èile gu cinnteach. Ach co-dhiù, 's e inneal cuideachail gus leughadh a lasachadh do dhaoine aig nach eil Gàidhlig mhath.
Sorry if this got posted before, I'd like to draw your attention to this option at the BBC Gaelic web where you can turn on the t*ns-lation of words in aticles on the web. Of course, this t*ns-lator is very basic, it t*ns-lates only parts of words (f.ex. 'cuir às' is not equal to the sum of 'cuir' and 'às'), cannot conjugate and surely something else. But anyway it's a helpful tool to ease the reading for those whose Gaelic is not very good.
