'S mise Eilidh agus tha beagan Gàidhlig agam.

I've just arrived home from doing level 1 Gaelic at the Sabhal Mòr Ostaig Short Course week. I had a great time and am really keen to keep it going. I particularly want to learn how to read and write the language as I am a writer. I have a few options to help me remain immersed in the language (including watching Peppa Pig on BBC Alba).

I'll have a mooch around and see what's happening but I thought I should say hi first.

Welcome - we're happy that you're on the Forum now!

I'm sure you'll find plenty of interesting and useful stuff while 'mooching' - the bilingual parts of the Forum, the resources (goireasan) and links (ceanglaichean), the dictionaries (eg Am Faclair Beag) etc - try clicking on the words along the top.

And above all, write something! However small and simple. There's always someone who'll help.
