Feasgar math as a Pheairt!

Unread post by bertha »

Is mise Eòghann (Iwan) agus tha mi a' fuireach ann am Peairt. Tha mi ag ionnsachadh Gàidhlig o chionn aon latha! Tha mi as a Chuimrigh agus tha beagan Cuimris agam cuideachd.

I've restarted learning Gaelic (having done a wee bit at evening classes in Germany around 15 years ago) in response to the the Speak to the Future 1000 Words Challenge - you can read more about it and why I'm doing it here: http://www.iti.org.uk/news-media-indust ... the-future

Today was the first lesson at Perth Pathways - we were 10 very enthusiastic, and dare I say it very capable, new Gaelic speakers.

A bit further along the path, it would be great to meet up with other Gaelic learners and speakers in Perth for a blether and a beer[1] every now and then.

Mar sin leibh
Iwan

[1] Beer not essential - if you prefer wine that's fine too! :)
