Hi everyone, I have recorded myself speaking Scottish Gaelic in an effort to improve my pronunciation and ensure that I'm not misunderstanding the numerous pronunciation rules that Scottish has. Here is the link:

Please let me know if something is wrong and I will remedy it for future recordings. Thank you!

Some notes for the first sentence:

sinn - the s is a sh

Alba - there's a helping vowel between l and b, and the b should be voiceless

trìtheamh - don't pronounce the th, the eamh sounds more like e than like a

latha - the l should be darker

den - the d needs to be palatalised - put the back of your tounge to the roof of your mouth, just like the ll in Faoilleach

Faoilleach - the ao is like an u, only with straight lips. For some examples, go here and scroll to fuaimreag10.

I think that's enough for now for you to practice on :obair:
