Ay, right enough. You could say "I am right", e.g. "Tha mi ceart". I think the possible confusion about what can be done with "tha" etc. is probably something like this: if you want to say "I am a student", then you cannot really say "Tha mi oileanach", or "Tha mi aon oileanach", or "Tha mi an t ...

Very true my friend, but gaìdhlig isn't a very popular language these days, certainly not amongst english immigrants and people like these, its viewed as old-fashioned and stupid. These dudes seem to believe that having gaìdhlig on signs is silly because they seem to think it is extinct.
