Hi, National Travel Helpline?
Yes, I need to get to the Radiant Lady City.
Yes, I'm starting in Beautiful Port.
OK, so you're saying I have to go into Fort Eddie and catch the train via Speckled Church to Grey Dog. From there I take a train via King's Field and Fort of the Bretons and that'll get me to Radiant Lady City?
Thanks very much.

Tha sgriobhadh nas doirbh dhomh na bruidhinn, 's tha móran rud a' tachairt an-drasta, 's aig àmannan chan eil... chan eil mi cinnteach dé... an sradag? air a bheil feum agam ri sgriobhadh....

Dè mu dheidhinn stèisean fhosgladh ann am Portobello?
"Colorado": dearg, mar "rojo". Airson "dàthte", 's fheàrr a bhith a' dèanamh rudeigin mar "con [muchos] color[es]", creididh mi.

With nouns you don't use "tha mi...":
'S e oileanach ciùil a th' annam
ciùil is the genitive of ceòl
Glè mhath, cum ort!

oileanach means student. I should have read your tr*nsl*t**n
Colin Mark translates the verb oileanaich with "nurture", so maybe not the right choice here. In Dwelly it's "instruct, teach" though
Tha mi a' teagaisg ceòl - I am teaching music
Tha mi ag ionnsachadh ceòl - I am learning music
But you can also say:
Tha mi ag ionnsachadh ceòl do... I am teaching music to...
Another point: When you're doing this regularly (rather than at this moment), you'd use the Future Tense. I don't know if you've covered that yet, the last sentence would be:
Ionnsaichidh mi ceòl do...

Gus an cuspair a thoiseachadh a-rithist...
Tha mi fathast gun obair as deidh dhomh rannsachadh o chion mìos. Tha e coltach gun tèid mi air ais dhan chompanaidh a dh'fhag mi dà bhliadhna bho chion. S'docha gum bi rùm sam bith ann - thuirt duine sam bith rium gun robh iad glè thrang na laighean seo.
(Still without job after looking for month. Probably will go back to old company. Hopefully enough space. Heard they were busy)
